Talmo's new Comprehensive Plan: Survey of resident's and stakeholders input

Work is now underway to develop a Comprehensive Plan for Talmo. All Talmo resident's and stakeholders are invited to complete and submit a survey concerning their opinions of Talmo's strengths, weaknesses and future plans for growth.

Get rid of that old Christmas tree. Bring One For the Chipper!

Folks:
Keep Jackson Beautiful is sponsoring a program that will help the environment by preventing old Christmas trees from clogging up landfills. After you take the tree down, bring it over to the Talmo Fire Station in downtown Talmo and drop it off. The collection site is located between the Fire Station and the Big Oak. If you bring your tree on Saturday, January 6th, free seedlings will be given out to all donors.

If you'd prefer, I'll come by your house and pick up your tree! Just send me a messge with your address: dave@talmo-ga.com.

Thanks!
